A post full of pictures to commemorate this wonderful season! Christmas at our house seems to last for several days, which is always really fun. Wednesday night we had Paul's dad, Belinda, and Great Grandma Annabelle over for venison burgers and to watch The Help - we had read the book and were anxious to see the movie. We even stayed up until 10 o'clock!
Thursday we bundled up (along with my mom & her friend of 46 years, Dorothy) and walked down Peacock Lane. What is really fun, is that my cousin's Matt & Sonja bought a house on Peacock Lane last year. The three of us are pictured in front of their display. Did I mention that it was very cold?! I think next year we may be driving around looking at Christmas lights...
The sun decided to show on Friday, which is always a good reason for a visit to the park with the little bear. Two of her favorites - swings & the tunnel.
Saturday afternoon it was Christmas at the double-wide with the Fish family (my mom's side). We were missing some members but still had a great time. I am wondering if this will be Claire in one year (Alana is exactly a year older)...there is a bit of a difference in their expressions.
Christmas morning - new paint set!
Christmas day with Grandma...why shouldn't you wear a red tutu?
It is hard to believe that this is Claire's third Christmas. How much she changes in a year - more hair, more words (thus more opinions), and even more JOY to our lives every day.
Merry Christmas!
